LD Plan 2023–2028 Progress
- 5 Key Priorities: Endorsed by Integrated Care and Health & Wellbeing Boards
- Achievements:
- Promoting healthy eating (yes, baked beans count!)
- Understanding health checks and the LeDeR report
- Relationship education
- Removal of AM bus pass restrictions
- Promoting libraries as safe social spaces
- Outstanding Items:
- Updates needed on dental access, inpatient quality transformation, housing progress
- A revised delivery plan is in development
