Who are we?
The Norfolk Learning Disability Plan is what we want to do to make Norfolk better for adults with a learning disability and their Carers.
To put this plan together we spoke to lots of people with a Learning Disability, their Parents, Carers and other professionals.
The plan has 5 important things we want to work on that are important to people with a learning disability. These are called the Priorities.
The 5 Priorities are:
