To join the Norfolk Learning Disability Partnership Board, you will need to complete an application
You can do this online or fill out a paper form. You might want to get someone to help.
The Norfolk Learning Disability Partnership meets 4 times a year on Zoom.
If you are a person with a Learning Disability or a Parent/Carer you will be paid for your time.
The application form is on the next page.
There will also be a version you can print out.
