Some people have to pay for extra things because of their disability or care needs. We call this Disability Related Expenses.
Claiming for Disability Related expenses can reduce the amount you need to pay Norfolk County Council towards the cost of your care.
You may be able to claim for Disability Related Expenses if you or the person you care for qualify under our 3 rules. We follow rules so that our decisions are fair.
The 3 rules are:
1.You are aged 18 or above
and
2. Norfolk County Council Provides care for you
and
3. You pay towards the cost of this care.
