Before disabled bus pass holders were only able to travel for free on buses from 09:30 Monday to Friday
From 1st February 2024 everyone in Norfolk who has a disabled bus pass will be able to travel for free!
The Change means you can travel for free all day, seven days a week when travelling within Norfolk
What is a disabled bus pass?
A disabled bus pass allows you to travel free on buses in Norfolk.
Disabled bus passes are available to people who have a permanent disability.
You may also qualify for one if you have a disability that will last more than one year
How can I apply for a bus pass?
You can apply for a bus pass by going onto the Norfolk County Council website.
Type in the search bar disabled travel pass.
This will bring up a page with all the details you will need to apply.
